If I’m consistent, I think this will tone my thighs and strengthen my pelvic muscles. Beautiful color purple. I had to return the first one because it looked used. My replacement came the next day!

Easy to use pretty tight maybe this will get easier as I work out more. I can only do a few reps at a time then must rest. I walk 10k plus a day, but these are different muscles. Fatigue hits pretty quickly. Easy to put together. Easy to use, small and compact. You can change the tension a little by moving the product up/down your leg. Small and easy to store. Comes with a little book of suggested exercises and amount of reps to use. I chose the green, and it’s nice. Numerous low key colors if you’re not interested in all black equipment. Great design for the area. Really gets those inner thigh muscles

I LOVE this! Have one for office and one for home and use it often for my thighs, kegel and abs: watch videos online and note all the ways you can use it.

It does what it's supposed to do for sure, but its just so awkward and uncomfortable for me, I don't have the patience to use it anymore. My tiny legs and knees don't like it. Maybe if I was athletic, it'd be simple. Give it a go though!

Toned my thighs and legs within a week I noticed a difference I was doing it 2xs a day for 15 min. I like that you can change the angles to what fits your comfortability..

L’attrezzo interno coscia da 35 lb della TINRIEF è un piccolo dispositivo fitness pensato soprattutto per allenare i muscoli dell’interno coscia, i glutei e il pavimento pelvico, utilizzabile facilmente a casa su pavimento o tappetino o davanti alla scrivania. La "resistenza" da 35lb (circa 16kg) è un ottimo compromesso. Non è troppo leggera (come i modelli base in spugna), quindi permette di sentire il muscolo lavorare davvero, ma è comunque gestibile per sessioni lunghe. I poggia-gambe possono essere ruotati di 360° per adattarli alla propria conformazione fisica o per cambiare esercizio (passando dalle gambe alle braccia o ai glutei) senza contorsioni strane. Oltre all'interno coscia, è ottimo per il pavimento pelvico (esercizi Kegel) e per tonificare le braccia e il petto. Considerando il prezzo, ovviamente è realizzato principalmente in plastica PP e TPE. È solido, ma non ci si può aspettare la sensazione "premium" di un attrezzo da palestra professionale. Se usato a pelle nuda, il materiale plastico potrebbe risultare un po' freddo o scivoloso se si suda molto. Meglio usarlo indossando una tuta o comunque qualcosa.
In conclusione, è l'attrezzo ideale per chi vuole fare mantenimento o tonificazione leggera mentre guarda la TV o lavora alla scrivania. Non sostituirà mai uno squat pesante in palestra, ma per "svegliare" i muscoli e migliorare la compattezza di interno coscia e glutei è promosso a pieni voti.
