Pick the right size. Sterilize in hot water before the first use.

2. Insert

Squat and insert folded cup completely. Rotate and gently tug to seal. Wear up to 12 hours each time.

3. Remove & Wash

Gently pinch the cup and pull stem to remove and empty. Rinse out with warm water and mild soap.

4. Dry & Store
